You are strongly advised to carefully read and fully familiarize yourselves with the terms of the Future Now General Trading L.L.C. Privacy Policy before installing or using the “fts247” mobile trading platform.

Future Now General Trading L.L.C. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a software development company that is the rightful titular, developer, and provider of the “fts247” mobile Trading Platform (hereinafter referred to as the “fts247”). Fts247 is intended for use „as is.” 

If you choose to download and use the fts247, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, if you use the fts247, as well as its individual functions, please note that your Personal information will not be collected and/or processed in any way by the Company.

For the avoidance of any doubt, “Personal information” means any data that can be used to uniquely identify a person, such as name, email address, phone number or credit card information.

Considering the previously mentioned, it is especially noted that fts247 as a Trading Platform connects you with brokerage companies or financial institutions without collecting and/or processing any of your Personal information and only after you open a trading account and enter into a separate agreement with the selected brokerage or financial institution, your Personal information may become the subject of such collecting and/or processing, however, exclusively and only by the brokerage or financial institution of your own choosing. Therefore, such data processing is completely out of the Company reach and responsibility.

The data collected and processed by the fts247 while using the App are as follows: 

Personal Data

As mentioned above, the fts247 Android/Apple application does not collect any Personal Information.

Other types of data

We do not collect other types of your data as well. We are also making reasonable efforts to ensure that no other data is collected by any third-party plugins or libraries we may use when developing our application.

Log Data

It is important to understand that whenever you use our service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called “Log Data”. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the app’s configuration when utilizing our service, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

App permissions

The application requires the following permissions:

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: 

Purpose: This permission allows the application to know whether you are connected to the Internet before making any request.

INTERNET: 

Purpose: Allows applications to open network sockets and connect to the broker platform.

NOTIFICATIONS: 

Purpose: This permission allows the application to post notifications.

Data Processing

Processing your data in our Company is carried out on a legal and fair basis and is limited to the achievement of specific, pre-defined and legitimate objectives. Your privacy is of paramount importance to us, and we take all reasonable measures to ensure that the amount of information we collect while using our services is kept to an absolute minimum.

Any data that we may collect would be used solely for purpose of providing and improving our services. This purpose only requires aggregated information on how users interact with our application and does not require personal identification.

We will not sell, use or otherwise share your data except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not collect any information beyond the data that you explicitly provide to us. In order to ensure the security of data during processing, we take the necessary organizational and technical measures. Therefore, all the data we collect is encrypted and stored in depersonalized databases.

We do not intend to identify users, thus your data is never used for this purpose. Any collected data that may potentially be used by us or other parties to identify you is automatically encrypted and anonymized at the point of collection. 

Please note that you can completely erase all information that you previously have provided from our systems anytime.
For security reasons it is important to keep the passwords of your accounts in a safe place, and not to disclose your account details to any third party. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security while using our services, please contact us immediately.

Please note that no method of data transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Use of the fts247 without accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy and/or the applicable End User License Agreement is not permitted.

If you do not accept this Privacy Policy and/or the current End User License Agreement, you must not download or use the fts247 .

Profile Deletion

If order to delete your profile on one of our apps, you can do so by following these steps:

• Login to your broker account CRM
• Request Account deletion via Contact us form;

Your account will be removed after that! If you are having any issues with deleting your account, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we will guide you through the process or delete the account on your behalf.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our service;
• To provide the service on our behalf;
• To perform service-related maintenance; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our service is used.

The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18 years old. If we discover that a child under 18 years old has provided us with personal  or other information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
